On a replacement system, do we change both in the indoor and outdoor unit?
Yes we do, the indoor and outdoor unit make the system into one. You cannot mix different branded or sized indoor and outdoor units together.
How often should I have my AC system/systems serviced?
In a domestic setting all AC units should be serviced once a year. In some instances maybe twice depending on location and usage.
In a commercial setting systems should be serviced at a minimum 4 times a year or in some cases once a month depending on usage and application
